We then accompany our clients in the implementation of the strategic business plans as well as train the task teams as a catalyst to profitable business development and growth.

Capacity Building
We identify the training needs of our clients and address them with customized training workshops and/or on the job training and advisory in the areas of financial management and leadership skills development.

Women Economic Human Rights : Advocacy & Mentoring
We work with women through associations and networks and empower them through social engagement skills development, leadership skills enhancement, coaching and mentoring to motivate and train them to assert their economic human rights through advocacy and lobbying.

Environmental Impact Assessments & Audits
As a firm which has a holistic approach to business, DMC is concerned about the impact of the environment, health and safety on business development and sustainable growth.
In order to address this concern as a player rather than a passive observer DMC obtained a License from the Ministry of Environment and the protection of Nature to carry out Environmental impact Assessments and audits.

LEGAL
We offer legal services to the Governments and development organisations in the areas Policy formulation and Human rights.
We also offer representation services to corporations and individuals in collaboration with Taku’s Chamber International Human rights lawyers, solicitors and advocates.
