DMC is managed by Bibiana MBUH TAKU who is a Senior Management Consultant     After over 25 years in Administration , management and Finance in the public sector, Not for Profit,     Insurance and the Oil & Gas industry where she assumed diverse responsibilities in :     • Treasury management in the MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON,     • Risk management in the Life Insurance industry, AMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY     • Financial analysis, Budgets and cost optimization, accounting and controls, in the Oil and       Gas industry– PECTEN CAMEROON COMPANY an Operating Unit of ROYAL DUTCH SHELL;     • Management, Administration & Financial advisory, projects and programs monitoring and evaluation       in the not for profit, PLAN INTERNATIONAL Cameroon;

  Bibiana joined the consulting sector in 2009 and founded DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING ltd.
  She served the Cameroon Economy & Finance Ministry alternately as Chief of service for Accounts and cash in Littoral &   Southwest Regional Treasuries and the Internal Auditor.
  She also served Plan International as the Operations Support Manager in charge of administration and financial  management.

  She joined the Oil and Gas industry, PECTEN Cameroon Company, in various capacities in the areas of financial management   and analysis,cost optimization, Tax, revenue and Joint Venture accounting, Treasury management and general accounting.

  Bibiana is a graduate of the National School of Administration & Magistracy (ENAM) and The Higher School of Commerce   and   economic sciences,Douala, and a part qualified Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA ). She attended many   international training workshops and honored international forums speaking and panel engagements. She is a  member of several   professional associations including women groups. She is a bilingual IFC Business Edge Certified trainer.
